POLYETHYLENE HOSE
Manufactured from oil sources (Ethylene), PE is a commodity polymer used for costsensitive applications with low level of stress, such as plastic waste bags, water
tubes, packaging films, low pressure tubes (< 5 bars). The Polyethylene range can be categorized in 2 groups:
- High density Polyethylene (HDPE)
- Low density Polyethylene (LDPE)
HDPE offers better mechanical properties compared to LDPE without compromising flexibility. Both versions offer excellent water barrier properties up to a
temperature of +60°C.

Working pressure between 6 bar - 15 bar. which is related within the diameter and the wall. Burst pressure between 18 bar - 45 bar. which is related within the diameter and the wall. (These values of working pressure and burst pressure are suitable for 23°C ).
- Temperature range : -20°C / +60°C.
- Polyethylene tubes specially it use with air and strong for various chemical fluid.
- As per DIN 8072
- Polyethylene tubes easy to use with automatic fittings.
